SIHA SHORT-TERM GOALS
•To execute the planned Survey or poll and implements the result
•To move forward with the complete and accurate registration process
•To strengthen and unify the whole SIHA community post new registration
•To promote transparency by redefining organization rules and processes
•To put Leadership values & approach on top over Management aiming to prevent Control winning Over Trust, to restore and rebuild trust among all members of the community
SIHA LONG-TERM GOALS
•To show strong leadership focusing on stewardship for all members
•To maintain peace and order of the community
•To maintain unity and solidarity among all members of the organization
•To sustain community’s primary needs and the required services by supporting timely dues payment, diligence and by giving social contribution and responsibility or any other form of help for the organization
•Build and Create Member's Organizational Handbook
•Plan & Implement evaluation and assessment review survey to all HOA members twice per term (semi-annual) so that we can improve our services and we can focus on any gap areas of concern

Timely Payment of Dues
Paying your Monthly Dues on Time to our designated Collection Officer will be a great help for us to properly manage our expenses and bills.

Fire Prevention Month
Since March is a Fire Prevention Month, we will be offering some tips and checks services to our members who are willing to get their LPG connections checks as well as their Fire Extinguisher at Home: Assigned Officer will be Vicky Ybanez and Rochelle Yabut
Helping Promote Peace & Order
Peaceful and Serene environment is every homeowner's desire, we will rely on the Leadership of Board Officers , Bing Palanca and Luis Jularbal
